I don't know if this will help anyone or not, but I have conversed back and forth with customer service at gigasize becuase I was having trouble getting this file and they were extremely helpful and fast to respond. They have changed their process a bit so it used to be once you put in your code and the counter got done you immediately got a promt to run or save your file, now you have to hit the download button one more time and then you get promted to run or save your file. Hope that helps!!
